1993-1996

Ephraim Lyndon G. Vazquez developed his foundational expertise and mastered the fundamentals of the trade working within his family’s business, Vazbuilt. Immersed primarily in their specialized prefab housing and prefabricated fencing operations, this early exposure to large-scale structural manufacturing sparked a lifelong vision to elevate the standards of the Philippine construction industry.

1996-2008

Vazcom

Following his time at Vazbuilt, Don continued to hone his craft within the family business by moving to Vazcom, shifting his focus toward specialized architectural elements. Through his dedicated work in the supply and precise installation of Tegula roofing systems and Vazpave paving blocks, he mastered the fine details of surface durability and premium finishes—skills that would ultimately shape the expertise behind VAZTECH today.

2009-2012

D2 Vazquez Builders

Equipped with deep industry insight and a drive for independence, he stepped out to establish his own venture, D2 Vazquez Builders.This venture served as a pivotal foundation for rigorous structural projects, cementing his reputation for reliability and grit.
